As many as 600 contractors gathered outside the Lindsey oil refinery in Lincolnshire in protest at planned job cuts while about 1200 refused to work. Total, the French group that owns the refinery, dismissed suggestions that 65 workers at risk of redundancy were being punished for industrial action in January.

True Ads

Advertisements are designed to generate increased consumption of those products and services through the creation and reinvention of the brand image. They tend to exaggerate the function of the product or the quality of the service to stand out from the crowds, attract more attention and interest of the potential customers.
There are increasing number of modern advertising forms. But true advertisement is not easy to find in the market place these days. Most of the time, the lines in the advertisement are just too good to be true. For the ones who are looking to find the very best value, quality and selection via searching for the most outstanding ads, the results usually turn out to be unsatisfied.
However, there are still advertisement of some businesses that deliver simple messages and offer the customers the feeling that they are telling the truth. That’s the first impression when I saw the promotional slogan of Provillus Hair Loss Treatment, which is a FDA approval product for men and women.
The company is providing 90 Days money back Guaranteed, and free 2 months supply. The ads reads, with a sense of humour, that there is nothing to loss but a lot to gain.
