An official report reveals that the finding by intelligence analysts that 2800 crime groups are active England in Wales.
The report was completed six months ago but marked ‘restricted’ and circulated only to ministraters and police chiefs. The report states that UK law enforcement community now knows more about organised criminality than ever before.
