Yell Appointing New Joint House Broker
The leading publisher of international telephone directories in the UK—Yell Group plc, has lately appointed JP Morgan Cazenove as its joint house broker amid growing concern about the group’s £4 billion debt mountain.
The company is due to refinance in April 2011. in September last year, it suspended its dividend and renegotiated its bank covenants in an attempt to reduce its debt pile and reassure nervous investors.
